Jacob's Reward Farm's Chickens
All of our chickens get fresh air, clean grass under their feet, and the ability to hunt for much of their own food. Our practice of tractoring and free ranging our chickens gives us wonderfully fresh, healthy eggs.
The difference in our eggs compared to store eggs is dramatic. Store eggs may have been on the shelf literally for months before you take them home. They lose nutrients, color, taste and texture in that time. Our eggs will cook up light and fluffy and full of flavor. The yolks are a deep orange thanks to the chickens’ complete diet of grains, greens, and protein gathered in our pastures. Our pastures are never sprayed with herbicides or pesticides, so you know our chickens are chemical free as well. Our flocks are made up of several breeds, and some breeds lay colorful eggs. They all taste great!

Our egg customers love our pasture fresh eggs, and come back again and again. To reward our repeat customers, we offer the Egg Lover’s Frequent Buyer’s Punch Card for $35, good for 10 dozen eggs. Pick up a card here at the farm, or purchase via PayPal and your card will be mailed to you. Come visit the sweet hens who make your breakfast!

Sponsorships
Sponsoring a chicken means you’ve provided the farm with a healthy laying pullet and her feed for the year. In return you’ll receive a Sponsor Certificate, and a punch card good for 10 dozen eggs. You can name your chicken if you wish, and come visit her whenever you like – just give us a quick call to make sure someone is here to show you around. Sponsorships are $50 for the first year and $30 in subsequent years, as our thanks to you. Chicken sponsorships make great gifts!
